| The registration desk and book resource room set-up date is Wednesday, March 2, 2023. Books and sponsorship materials must arrive at the hotel between Sunday, February 26 and Wednesday, March 2, 2023. All boxes must be clearly marked with the conference information as noted below. Address packages as follows: Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront 1401 SW Naito Parkway Portland, OR 97201 Hold for arrival / ATTN: Kristen Fuhs Wells, APPE Box <#> of <#> Advertisement and Photo Specifications Camera ready (photo quality) ad copy should be sent to [email protected]. Photos submitted to be used in the conference program must be high resolution to reduce distortion. The advertising deadline for the online program is Jan 31, 2023. Full Page Ad: The submitted full page advertisement should be 7.25″w x 10″h in size.Half Page Ad: The submitted half page advertisement should be 7.25″w x 4.875″h in size. Author Book Cover Photos Author book cover photos should be high resolution large files. These photos will be used for creating posters for the author tables in the Book Resource Room. Photos submitted that are not high resolution large files will distort in production. APPE cannot guarantee poster quality. Book covers photos that are to be used for advertisements in the conference program must follow the advertisement size specifications and guidelines outlined above. Questions?
